We prefer to use our precision equipment and tooling for such things as routing a battery cavity, altering pickup cavities, or boring a headstock for new tuning machines.

We can also make new replacement pieces for unavailable vintage parts.

In addition to altering and making new parts we have the capability to repair various items considered by most to be unsalvageable.

As we all know, finding replacement parts, especially for less common instruments can be a frustrating experience, not to mention the prohibitive prices dealers charge for old parts. If we can repair it we will. If not we can usually make a replacement part for a fraction of the cost of vintage.

Of course, if you want to keep your instrument 100% original, we will do that too. With our resources and capabilities we can offer you a choice. Many times it is in your best interest to repair or make a new part to use temporarily while we find a vintage replacement. This allows you to keep and play your instrument, rather than put it on a shelf, while the sometimes long search for a replacement part goes on. It is never good to be away from your guitar...
