Mark's Guitar Repair is proud to offer custom instrument painting and artwork
by Jerry Retherford. Jerry has an unlimited imagination coupled with the skill
and resources to make his ideas reality. Jerry nurtured his skills from many years
of maintaining, restoring, and refinishing instruments, mostly grand pianos for the
Indiana University School of Music. Jerry continues his work with IU, and others,
refinishing large instruments. But it is his love for designing and bringing custom
paint schemes and artwork to life on guitars that allows me to offer his services to my
customers. As you can see Jerry has done everything from replicating Eric Clapton's
self-painted Gibson SG to some very interesting designs, and clever nudes. Jerry
can do anything to an instrument from adding an image of your personal guitar
hero to what ever you can dream up. There are no limits to his creativity and talent.
And all at reasonable prices with quick turn-around times.
